Pricing Policy

• Our initial quotes are generally accurate; however, final pricing is confirmed after a full inspection of your yard during the first visit. If there are any adjustments to the price, we will communicate these with you prior to beginning service.
• For customers who pause services, an initial cleaning fee will apply before resuming monthly service.

Payment Policy

• Payments for recurring services are due at the beginning of each month prior to service. We accept credit/ debit cards and automatic billing is available for your convenience.
• Payments for initial or one time cleanup are due upon completion of the job
  • If you move forward with monthly cleaning, you will be billed the remainder of the month
• Our monthly fee is calculated based on a 52-week calendar and averaged over 12 months for consistent, easy-to-manage payments. For months with 5 service weeks, there is no additional charge for the extra visit—this is already factored into your monthly pricing.

Weather Policy

• Scoop n Wag provides service year-round, operating through all seasons, including rain, snow, and other less favorable weather conditions. As long as it’s safe, we will always show up as scheduled.
• If we are unable to provide service for one week due to unsafe weather conditions, we will perform double duty the following week to ensure your yard is fully cleaned. You will still be charged for the full month, as the same amount of pet waste accumulates, and the time spent on each yard remains the same.
• Clients who maintain their subscription throughout the winter will not be charged for a spring cleanup when all of the snow melts and will continue with their subscription plan with locked-in rates.

No Access Policy

• Your Scoop Technician will knock at the door and make attempts to call you before skipping your yard that day.

Dangerous Pet Policy

• Scoop n Wag loves working with dogs! Our technicians have no issue working with your dog in the yard.
• If your dog is showing aggression, we will make attempts to contact you either by knocking on the door or calling.

Cancelation Policy

• Customers can cancel at any time for with any reason with a 48 hour notice. Customers can call in or email to pause services
• Customers that pause services for certain times of the year may be subject to spring cleaning fees when they return to subscription plan
• If a customer cancels half way through the month, they will be refunded for the services that have yet to occur.

Satisfaction Guaranteed Policy

• At Scoop n Wag, we stand by our dog waste removal services with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
• If you are not completely satisfied with any service, we will send a scoop technician back to your home to re-clean the yard until it meets your expectations.
